# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 18: Modifications applying while the Civil Partnership Act 2004 is not in force


During such time as section 1 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 is not in force in England and Wales, regulation 17 and Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall not have effect.
