# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2


(1) Except as provided for by paragraph (2) these Regulations shall come into force on 30th April 2006.
(2) Regulations 4(b), (e), (g) and (h), 6(7) to (9), 12 and 15 shall come into force on 1st September 2006.
