# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 2: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) Except as provided for by paragraph (2) these Regulations come into force on 16th July 2007.
(2) Regulations 4, 10 and 13 come into force on 1st September 2007.
