  "text": "For the purposes of calculating payments in respect of maintenance under regulation 17(1)(b)(ii) and (2)(c)(ii) the prescribed proportion of aggregate of the amounts specified in regulation 17(3) shall, as respects any sandwich year, be treated as the aggregate of the amounts so specified.",
