  "text": "The requirements referred to in regulation 18 shall include the student’s requirements—\n(a) for supplementary maintenance in the cases and for the periods mentioned in paragraphs 5, 6 and 10; and\n(b) in respect of such expenditure as is mentioned in paragraphs 7 to 9;\nand the amount of any such requirement (“supplementary requirement ”) shall be determined in accordance with this Part of this Schedule.",
