# The Education (National Curriculum) (Specified Purpose) (England) Order 2015, Article 2: Specified purpose of assessment arrangements


The purpose of determining the suitability of test materials for use in National Curriculum tests at key stages 1 and 2 is specified for the purposes of section 76(2)(b) of the Education Act 2002.
