# The Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1994, Article 11: Transitional provision


Schedule 3 to the Act shall continue to have effect as if this Order had not been made in any case where on or before 1st September 1994 the head teacher informed the body responsible for making any arrangements under section 26 of the Act of a permanent exclusion.
