  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends section 30(2)(i) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986. This section was previously amended by Article 3 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) Order 1994 which is now revoked (article 3). Section 30(2)(i) is re-amended by virtue of this Order. The articles of government for schools maintained by local education authorities must now require the governors' annual report to include such information about pupils' absences as is required to be published by virtue of section 8(5) of the Education Act 1980 (article 2).",
