Article 2 Amendments

The following amendments shall be made to paragraph (h) of section 30(2) of the Act–

(a)

the word “and” at the end of sub–paragraph (ii) shall be deleted;

(b)

the word “and” shall be inserted at the end of sub–paragraph (iii); and

(c)

after sub–paragraph (iii) there shall be inserted–

“(iv)

stating the total amount of any travelling and subsistence allowances paid to members of the governing body in that period;”.
