  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been corrected by S.I. 1994/2732 which is printed herein as pages 3 &4 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 1994/692.\nEDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 10th March 1994\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 1994\nComing into force 1st April 1994\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(5) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 the Secretary of State for Education, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Order:",
