# The Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) Order 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been corrected by S.I. 1994/2732 which is printed herein as pages 3 &4 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 1994/692.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(5) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 the Secretary of State for Education, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Order:
