# Education (No. 2) Act 1986, Paragraph 21

Extent: E+W

(1) Where a temporary governing body have been constituted for a new school, the complement of teaching and non-teaching posts for the school shall be determined by the local education authority.
(2) Section 34(2) and (3) of this Act shall apply in relation to any complement determined under this paragraph.
