  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Non-Maintained Special Schools) (England) Regulations 1999 by requiring non-maintained special schools to ensure that a copy of the school’s accessibility plan within the meaning of section 28D of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is published in the school prospectus.",
