# Education (Non-Maintained Special Schools) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Non-Maintained Special Schools) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
