# Education (Non-Maintained Special Schools) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Education (Non-Maintained Special Schools) (England) Regulations 1999


In Part III of the Schedule, after paragraph 21(14), there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph:
“(15) A copy of the accessibility plan for the school prepared under section 28D(8) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.”
