  "text": "The following provisions of the 1986 Order (which provide for the withdrawal of a school from maintained status) shall cease to have effect, namely—\n(a) in Article 11(2) the words from “and may be withdrawn” to the end;\n(b) Article 11(6);\n(c) Part II of Schedule 5;\n(d) Schedule 8.",
