# The Education (Parenting Orders) (England) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Parenting Orders) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 27th February 2004.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to pupils excluded from schools in England.
