# The Education (Parenting Orders) (England) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003;
“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002;
“school day” has the same meaning as in the Education Act 1996.
