  "long_title": "Regulation 8 of the Education (Prohibition from Teaching or Working with Children) Regulations 2003 provides that those convicted of any of the offences set out in Schedule 2 which involves a child under the age of 16 are in certain circumstances automatically prohibited from carrying out work to which section 142 of the Education Act 2002 applies. These Regulations add various offences under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and one offence under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 to Schedule 2 with effect from 19th July 2004.",
