  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2000 to reflect changes to the National Curriculum assessments.\nIn respect of pupils in the first key stage, there is no longer a requirement to record and report a separate assessment in “Spelling”.\nIn respect of pupils in the third key stage, the assessments in “Reading” and “Writing” are to be recorded separately from those in English.",
