# Education (Pupil Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 4: Amendment


In Schedule 1–
(a) in paragraph 1(3), for the words “in “Spelling” and” there shall be substituted “or NC tests”;
(b) in paragraph 2(3), after the words “level of attainment” there shall be inserted “in the attainment”; and
(c) in paragraph 3(2), after the words “level in” there shall be inserted ““Reading” and “Writing” and”.
