In Schedule 2–
(a)
paragraph 1(1)(c) shall be omitted; and
(b)
in paragraph 3(1), after the words “level in” there shall be inserted ““Reading” and “Writing” and”.
In Schedule 2–
paragraph 1(1)(c) shall be omitted; and
