Regulation 2 Amendments to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005

Schedule 1 to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005f1 is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph 2(2)(a) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”,

(b)

in paragraph 2(2)(b) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”, and

(c)

omit sub-paragraph 2(2)(c).
