# The Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 5: Amendments

In regulation 9 (deletions from admission register) after sub-paragraph (9)(1)(g) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(ga) that he has been continuously absent from the school for a period of not less than four weeks and he is detained in pursuance of a final order made by a court or of an order of recall made by the Secretary of State.”.
