This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2002/435 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 36 and 54(3) of the Education Act 1997 the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:
