# The Education (QCA Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulations


(1) The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5(3) before “awards” there shall be inserted “leviable”.
