The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 54(3) of the Education Act 1997.

## 1 

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (QCA Levy) (Revocation) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 30th September 2008.

## 2 

The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002 and the Education (QCA Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 are revoked.
