Article 1 Citation, commencement, application and revocation

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 18th June 2020.

This Order only applies in relation to England.
(3)
The Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2013f1 is revoked.
