# The Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 and comes into force on 2nd March 2009.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
