# The Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2018, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 31st January 2018
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 216(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
