# Education Reform Act 1988, Paragraph 74


In section 25(6)(c) of that Act (general duty in public sector of education)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i) after “3” there shall be inserted “4A”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (ii) the words “(a) or” shall be omitted.
