  "text": "In section 13(1) of that Act (proposals for exemption certificates)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for the words “further education” there shall be substituted the words “post-school education”; and\n(b) after the words “in this subsection” there shall be inserted the words “ “post-school education” has the same meaning as in section 5 above and\".",
