  "text": "The descriptions of courses referred to in sections 120(1) and 235(2)(e) of this Act are the following—\n(a) a course for the further training of teachers or youth and community workers;\n(b) a post-graduate course (including a higher degree course);\n(c) a first degree course;\n(d) a course for the Diploma of Higher Education;\n(e) a course for the Higher National Diploma or Higher National Certificate of the Business & Technician Education Council, or the Diploma in Management Studies;\n(f) a course for the Certificate in Education;\n(g) a course in preparation for a professional examination at higher level;\n(h) a course providing education at a higher level (whether or not in preparation for an examination).",
