  "text": "A higher education corporation shall be a charity and—\n(a) a higher education corporation in England is, in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011, an exempt charity for the purposes of that Act, and\n(b) a higher education corporation in Wales is, in accordance with regulations made in compliance with section 31(3) of that Act, excepted from registration under that Act.",
