# Education Reform Act 1988, Section 233: Expenses.

Extent: E+W

There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State . . .under this Act; and
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.
