  "text": "EDUCATION\nMade 19th March 1998\nTo be laid before Parliament under paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974\nComing into operation 30th July 1998\nThe Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 6(6) of the Education Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
