# The Education (Reintegration Interview) (England) Regulations 2007, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Reintegration Interview) (England) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st September 2007.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to relevant schools in England.
(3) These Regulations only apply to a temporary exclusion imposed on or after 1st September 2007.
