# The Education (Reintegration Interview) (Wales) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education (Reintegration Interview) (Wales) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 5 January 2011.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to maintained schools in Wales.
(3) These Regulations apply to a temporary exclusion imposed on or after 5 January 2011.
