# The Education (School Development Plans) (Wales) Regulations 2014, Regulation 11: Amendments to the School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 2011

Extent: E+W

The School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows—
(a) in paragraph (2) of regulation 5 for “7 and 11” substitute “7, 11 and 19”; and
(b) in Schedule 2 after paragraph 18 insert—
“19. A summary of the school development plan prepared by the governing body in accordance with the Education (School Development Plans) (Wales) Regulations 2014.”
