# The Education (School Development Plans) (Wales) Regulations 2014, Regulation 9: Consultation

Extent: E+W

In preparing or revising a school development plan the governing body must consult—
(a) the head teacher of the school (if that person is not a member of the governing body);
(b) registered pupils at the school;
(c) parents of registered pupils;
(d) school staff; and
(e) such other persons as the governing body considers appropriate.
