  "long_title": "These Regulations provide for persons employed or engaged by local education authorities before 8 February 2007 to be treated as having been appointed as a school improvement partner for the purpose of section 5 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006. Regulation 3 sets out the circumstances in which a person so employed or engaged will be treated as having been appointed as a school improvement partner under section 5. This includes accreditation by the Secretary of State, or by the National College for School Leadership whom the Secretary of State has authorised to accredit school improvement partners.",
