  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which apply in England only and come into force on 7th February 1992, amend the Education (School Information) Regulations 1981.\nThe amendments provide for the publication, in pursuance of section 8(1) (c) or (2) (b) (as the case may be) of the Education Act 1980, to the parents of a child who has been refused admission to a county or controlled school maintained by an education authority or (as the case may be) to an aided or special agreement school in any document containing a notification to such parents of the decision to that effect of particulars of the arrangements made under section 7(1) or (2) (as the case may be) of that Act enabling such parents to appeal against such decision (Regulation 2(1) and (2)).",
