  "text": "In paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations there shall be inserted after the word “school” the words “including details of any special arrangements in the curriculum and otherwise for particular categories of pupils, including those with statements of special educational needs made pursuant to section 7 of the Education Act 1981 ”.",
