Laid before Parliament 20th June 1988
Coming into force 18th July 1988
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 8(5) of the Education Act 1980 the Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:
