# The Education (School Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 5: Transitional provisions


In so far as the governing body of a maintained school have already published, pursuant to regulation 8 of the principal Regulations, for the publication school year ending in 1995 the information specified in Schedule 2 thereto before the date that these Regulations come into force, none of the amendments to the principal Regulations effected by these Regulations shall apply in respect of that governing body and that school in relation to that publication school year.
