In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by sections 537(1) to (4) and (6) to (8) and 569(4) of the Education Act 1996f1 and sections 92(3) and (6), 138(7) and (8) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998f2, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:
