# The Education (School Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Education (School Information) (England) Regulations 1998


In paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 (Information to be published by Governing Bodies), the words “regulations 2 to 4 of the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Information) Regulations 1994” shall be omitted and the following substituted—
“regulation 3 of the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Information) Regulations 1999, a description of any significant changes to that policy during the reporting school year and a statement on the success of the governing body in implementing that policy”.
