  "text": "In regulation 3(1)—\n(a) after the definition of “school prospectus” insert—\n““school travel scheme” means a scheme made by an authority under section 508E of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 35C to, the 1996 Act;” and\n(b) after the definition of “special school” insert—\n““sustainable modes of travel strategy” means a sustainable modes of travel strategy prepared by an authority pursuant to section 508A(1)(a) of the 1996 Act; and\n“travel arrangements” means travel arrangements made under sections 508B or 508C of the 1996 Act.”.",
