  "text": "The classification of the school as—\n(a) a county, controlled, aided, special agreement, special (maintained by an authority), grant-maintained, or grant-maintained special school;\n(b) a primary, middle or secondary school;\n(c) a comprehensive, secondary modern, grammar or bilateral school;\n(d) a co-educational or single-sex school;\n(e) a day or boarding school or a school taking both day and boarding pupils;\nexcept that for the purposes of sub-paragraph (b) or (c) other terminology may be used according to usage in the authority.",
