Regulation 2 Revocation and Savings

Subject to paragraph (2), the Education (School Information) (England) Regulations 1998^f1, the Education (School Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1999^f2 and the Education (School Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002^f3 are hereby revoked.

The Regulations revoked by paragraph (1) shall continue to have effect in relation to the publication school year ending in 2003 and nothing in these Regulations shall have effect in relation to that publication school year.
